In downtown Peoria, Something Else 2 Taco Bout announced it was closing temporarily. The business attributed the closure to problems with staffing and equipment.
“Just need to get some staff trained and a couple pieces of equipment replaced,” The business wrote on Facebook. “But we’ll be back soon!!!”
The downtown Peoria restaurant closed Oct. 30 “due to staff illness,” and remained closed for much of the week. The temporary shutdown comes just less than two months after the business held its grand opening.
Something Else 2 Taco Bout replaced Richard’s Cafe − which opened earlier this year. The 311 Main St. location was previously home to Cracked Pepper Bakery and Cafe.
