We think of Sylvester Stallone as the actor who played the brave and strong Rocky in movies. This man doesn’t seem to be able to be broken by anything. But life is unpredictable, and even the strongest and most tough man can be knocked out by it. After his oldest boy died, Sylvester was in a lot of pain. Sage died in 2012, when he was 36 years old.

At the time, Stallone asked the media and his fans to show sympathy for his family’s loss and to remember his son. Even though Sylvester didn’t want his first-born son, this huge loss has really hurt him. You may remember that Sage died of a heart attack. Stallone and Sage’s mother were both separated, but they became closer after they both lost a child.

After the terrible event, they were often seen together. Sage wanted to follow in his famous father’s path. Even the movie Rocky 5 had them in it. The happy father who became close to his damaged son, who couldn’t forgive him when he split up with his son’s mother, and who had no idea that life would soon tear them apart for good.

Stallone was quiet for a long time and wouldn’t say anything about how sad the family was. “Losing my son is my worst loss,” Stallone would soon say.

Believe me, nothing hurts as much as losing a child. Sylvester also said that if you can’t get over a loss, you’ll end up in a downward circle. To the joy of fans, “Rocky” was able to get over the pain and keep living and making movies.
