Mike Batayeh passed away on June 1 at the age of 52.
TMZ claims that he suffered a heart attack while sleeping. According to Batayeh’s sister Diane, the actor’s death came rather suddenly because he had never previously had cardiac problems. His family released the following statement: “He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many.”
Batayeh received praise for his role as Dennis Markowski in the popular television series “Breaking Bad.” Fans may remember that Markowski oversaw Gustavo Fring’s laundry. In 2011, Batayeh appeared in three episodes of the program.
He also picked up a ton of film and television credits, including parts in “The Bernie Mac Show,” “Boy Meets World,” “CSI: Miami,” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” according to People. Additionally, he provided voiceovers for “X-Men: Days of Future Past.” After his untimely passing, tributes to the adored performer have been flooding in.
