President John F. Kennedy, passed away on December 30, 2025, after a brave and deeply moving fight against acute myeloid leukemia, a rare and aggressive blood cancer.

Schlossberg was the daughter of Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg, and built her own distinguished career as an environmental journalist and author. In May 2024, shortly after giving birth to her second child, Schlossberg received the shocking diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia, marked by a rare mutation that made the disease particularly aggressive.
